Digital products only

Our products are finished downloadable files, not physical goods. There are no shipping charges, subscriptions or recurring renewals. Purchases are processed through Dodo Payments.

Missing, incorrect or damaged files

For support with a paid download that does not arrive, will not open or does not match its description, keep your order reference, the product name and a description of the problem. We will investigate and offer working replacement files or an appropriate refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

Duplicate charges and other requests

Keep your order reference when requesting help with a duplicate charge, cancellation or refund. We review each request against the order, delivery status, checkout provider’s rules and applicable consumer rights. Please do not send full card or bank details.

Changes of mind

Please check the preview, file formats and product-specific licence before buying. A change-of-mind refund after access or download is not guaranteed; any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights still apply. Any consent needed for immediate digital delivery must be presented at checkout.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are handled through the original payment provider and payment method where available. The provider and your bank determine the processing time. These policies do not exclude remedies required by applicable law.
