Template packages
Hotel Operations Bundle: €16.99; Hotel Purchasing & Stock Toolkit: €9.99; Hotel HACCP Record Templates: €9.99; Apartment Welcome Kit: €9.90; Wedding Stationery & Planner: €14.90. These are one-time digital purchases. The bundle contains the same files as the two individual hotel toolkits. Each product page specifies contents, language, formats, software requirements and limitations. Software and fonts are not included.
Delivery
Dodo Payments supplies download access following successful payment. You will need a device that can extract ZIP archives and open the purchased file types. Templates require compatible Word or spreadsheet software as described on the product page. Please keep a backup of your purchased files.
Postcard personal-use licence
A purchase grants non-exclusive permission to print the chosen design for personal use, give physical prints as personal gifts and use the image in private greetings. It does not grant permission to sell prints, resell or redistribute digital files, place them on public download sites, sublicense them, or incorporate them into products for sale. No exclusive rights are promised.
Template licences and use
Hotel toolkits are for internal use by one purchasing business. The Apartment Welcome Kit may be used for properties you own or manage; completed materials may be shared with guests and staff. Wedding templates are for personal use for one wedding or related celebration, with no commercial client use. No package allows resale or redistribution of its source files. Read the included guides and the product-specific conditions before use.
HACCP forms require adaptation and approval by your food safety lead using your site HACCP plan and local requirements. They do not include a site hazard analysis, certification or inspection guarantee. The toolkits require manual operation and review; they are not automated services.
Postcard artwork and printing
The artwork is AI-assisted and is an artistic interpretation, not a photograph or an exact geographical or architectural record. Files are finished designs, not editable templates. Print at 100% / Actual size. Files use RGB, an ivory border and no added bleed or crop marks; printed colours depend on your screen, printer and paper.
Support, refunds and your rights
See the refund and cancellation policy. These terms do not remove rights that applicable consumer law requires. Terms shown at the time of purchase apply to that purchase.
